Before asking, sometimes there was hot water and sometimes there was no hot water. The boss replied that it was almost broken. I watched the repair process all the time, removed the drip tray and replaced it with a drip tray that is older than mine. I asked whether it was to replace the drip tray cover. The answer is yes.
