憑自己自以為的專業檢查判定沒問題就草草了之 但冰箱明明還在漏水 壓縮機超大連續的異常聲音 根本未協助消費者解決問題

我在電話裡清楚詢問：
「請問明天有開嗎？」
「幾點方便過去拿呢？」
跟我說有開、
說營業到晚上十二點。
我照約定來了，
結果鐵門根本沒開?
查了google才知道今天公休，而且平常也不像電話裡說的營業到12點，非常奇怪。
內部人員是不是搞不清楚自己的營業時間呢（？
下班大老遠從新莊騎40分鐘到中和，別人的時間不是時間嗎?
