The community is close to the park. There is a morning market and a night market every Saturday, as well as free shuttle buses and paid buses 651 and 604 nearby. There are also self-improvement elementary schools and junior high schools. The G8A station of the Wanda Line of the MRT will be here, with a strong life function. It is a quiet community.
