介紹團隊服務不佳，有事先預約時間，但現場女代銷人員對於房產相關專業知識明顯不足，服務態度也不佳、口氣很跩，連杯水都沒倒給我們，似乎根本不想介紹房子似的，另外這家目前是「不二價」，完全無議價空間(代銷說的)，以土城現在地段來說，價格已過高、CP值不足，若是要投資用途，其實已不推薦，另基地附近約三百公尺有一個基地台。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 你們位在學海街的芊樾工地，傍晚下班的時候請工程人員記得要把鐵門關好。今天3/31傍晚6點多又沒關鐵門已經不是頭一次了。3/26那天週六晚上一樣也是沒有關鐵門任由鐵門被風吹，以致鐵門不時被風吹到鐵門全開又突然關上，連續製造非常大、刺耳的鐵門拍打鐵門框的巨大噪音一整個晚上，都沒辦法睡覺。
你們可以改進嗎？已經另有錄影存證了。若你們再不改進將會檢舉⋯
