重點就是在於那個平淡無奇的麵
加上黑醋，辣渣還有辣油，
可以昇華到另一個境界
這家的麵條本身已經吸滿了湯汁，
我覺得原來的模樣就還不錯了，
只可惜加上了黑醋辣渣還有辣油
可能因為本身麵條已經吸收充足的湯汁
所以就沒有很入味，
但是還是可以接受的口感
另外餛飩湯的部分真的還不賴，
皮薄肉餡扎實，湯頭蠻清淡的
蠻好入口的。
另外青苦瓜的部分
吃起來居然甜甜的
只能說怪怪的，沒有很喜歡，
