但今天的「素花壽司」明顯感覺偷工減料，中間餡料極少只有平常的一半，壽司米黏糊完全沒有顆粒感，口感極糟！
如果是今後的常態，那就不值得買，該開除了！如果是偶發或臨時請外人幫手，那就要注意基本品質控制，不該砸了多年街坊間的好口碑。

If it is the normal state in the future, it is not worth buying and should be expelled! If it is an occasional or temporary help from outsiders, you must pay attention to basic quality control and should not smash the good reputation in the neighborhood for many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很餓很餓，可是吃到不如預期的阿婆壽司，口感跟鶯歌總店比差好多...飯粒醋香沒出來，綜合的蛋皮肉鬆壽司米飯偏硬，起司壽司根本隨便趕快弄的感覺，料擠一邊還有空洞，內餡煎蛋中有混雜到東西，這樣會感覺不乾淨。
