★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約在百餘年前由先賢在今光武街底（俗稱樹仔腳）的田園中草創，當時是個由石頭搭蓋建成的小廟，僅占地1坪，供奉本尊石刻土地公，受當地里民奉拜。因樹仔腳往來交通不便，致使人煙罕至，如遇風雨前往祭拜更形困難。於民國56年由時任縣議員及獇寮里里長的劉阿蚶先生、士紳楊圳德先生、王添丁先生等提議，並經由神明允准後，善男信女捐款募款遷建於現址，民國59年（公元1970年）獇寮里光榮街2之1號的福興宮興建完成，迎奉廟中的主祀神祇福德正神、副祀神祇天上聖母神尊入座。(樹林市志，2010)
About a hundred years ago, it was created by a sage in the countryside at the bottom of today's Guangwu Street (commonly known as Shuzaijiao). At that time, it was a small temple built of stone. It only occupies 1 square meter. Worship. Due to the inconvenience of transportation between the feet of the trees, it is difficult for people to go to worship in case of wind and rain. It was proposed by Mr. Liu Achang, the gentry Mr. Yang Zhende, and Mr. Wang Tianding, who were then county councilors and the head of the district in 1949. After the permission of the gods, charitable men and women raised donations and moved to the current site. In 1970 (AD 1970), the construction of Fuxing Palace at No. 2-1, Guangrong Street, Guliao Li was completed, and the main god Fuzheng God and the deputy god Madonna of Heaven were seated in the temple.
