樹林美食之一 相信很多老樹林人是從小吃到大 厲害的事多年來味道完全不變 從早期的舊樹林後車站 當時車子還能開進去繞一圈 吃著美味的黑肉圓 是童年滿滿的回憶 雖然現在已經很久沒看到創始人 但傳承的不錯 味道依舊在 只不過昨天去買的醬料給的有點少 吃到後面有點空虛 雖然搭配肉圓是足夠的 不過我最愛在把豬血塊拿來沾著美味的醬汁 微甜微鹹 就算直接喝都美味 黑肉圓~樹林的驕傲

阿母看網路親戚打卡吃這個黑肉圓,和我說樹林有黑肉圓好吃嗎,我剛好今天經過這,想說進來吃看看,第一次吃這家黑肉圓,絞肉裡面有紅蘿蔔絲、筍絲攪一起很好吃,外皮QQ軟軟的,配上醬料和店內的蒜泥加上香菜好對味,本來叫了一顆現場吃又再追加一顆,再包回台北給阿母吃,買十送一,連店內吃的一起算,很美賣?。

在地樹林人都知道的肉圓店 豬血湯味道不油很清爽 但有些人可能覺得偏淡 加白胡椒味道就比較足 肉圓就比較讓人驚艷 皮很Q彈不會讓人覺得粉很厚 裡面內餡味道也不會太重鹹淡適中 加了香菜真的神來一筆~

講到樹林區肉圓就不能不提後火車站的【黑肉圓】,一早十點半就開始營業直到晚上賣完為止,黑肉圓在地經營已經超過20年時間,是在地老樹林人都知道的一家老字號小吃店,一顆雖然已經漲到30元上門的顧客依舊沒停過,許多人一買就是好幾顆回家當正餐呢! 大家應該很好奇〖黑肉圓〗是什麼?至少有九成的人都會聯想到黑色的肉圓吧!就讓我們先賣個關子待會揭曉。 黑肉圓雖然已經從25元漲到30元,這銅板價格還是很吸引人,而且買十顆還送一顆呢!除了招牌黑肉圓其它還有豬血湯、貢丸湯也都是30元。 不停燒滾的湯鍋有豬血湯和雞骨高湯,湯色看起來超濃郁!果然是真材實料,天冷就好想嚐上一口保暖一下。 黑肉圓比碗小約一般個頭大小,食慾好一點的男生可能要吃兩顆才會飽,黑肉圓不是常見的油炸泡烹調,而是用清蒸方式把肉圓蒸熟,淋上深色特調醬汁擺些香菜點綴,乍看下果然有點“黑”。 清蒸肉圓少了泡油這道工序沒有ㄉㄨㄣㄉㄨㄣQ度,皮卻多了軟綿的米香氣,接著內餡才是重頭戲,因為使用黑豬肉而生得其名「黑肉圓」,除了肉餡色偏深裡頭還相當豐富,有黑豬絞肉、筍子和紅蘿蔔絲,三樣內餡結合一起粒粒飽滿口感紮實,黑豬肉彈牙一點都不乾澀,淋上醬汁勾勒出傳統古早味,就是這一味讓我們來樹林都想來吃。 店內還有另一項招人氣「豬血湯」,嚐上一口清爽湯頭涵蘊著大骨香,加上蝦米、韭菜提味讓湯頭更有層次,湯味還會浮現出一絲沙茶醬香氣,這味道像極了桃園民族路上老字號無名小吃,喜歡正宗古早味的朋友一定不能錯這的豬血湯! 豬血塊咬起來軟嫩帶點微量Q度,而且沒有什麼腥味有新鮮喔!豬血吸附了高湯精華越喝越耍嘴呢,尤其是要灑點台味的白胡椒粉才更經典。
