我知道早上是早餐店最忙的時候，但我在現場等了一小時，中間已經數不清幾位外送員取餐走了。
中間詢問了二次無果，第三次已經一小時實在受不了才願意正視，給出來的餐還餐點錯誤、漏東漏西，要客人自己看單一一核對，回到家的義大利麵、蛋包飯早就冰冷，真的很無言！
我想反映的是：貴店接外送單有績效壓力，但也請重視現場外帶、內用客人的感受時間，這樣是不是有點本末倒置了，謝謝！

I know the morning is the busiest time for the breakfast shop, but I waited for an hour at the scene, and there were countless deliverymen in the middle to pick up the meal.
In the middle, I asked twice to no avail. The third time I couldn’t stand it for an hour before I was willing to face it. The meal I gave was wrong and left out. I asked the guests to check it by themselves, and the pasta at home. , Omurice has long been cold, really speechless!
What I want to reflect is: Your store has performance pressure in taking delivery orders, but please also pay attention to the experience time of on-site take-out and in-house customers. Is this a bit of putting the cart before the horse, thank you!
