東西的美味度中上,服務人員態度不錯 但流程混亂、出餐緩慢、出錯率高,不會再來了! 炸飯糰(芝心包蛋口味)給的卻是原味,奶油麵加豬排套餐,卻沒有豬排….. 炸飯糰、蛋餅、法式吐司,各自間隔一段時間送上桌,吃完後,奶油麵等很久,最後還是我們自己去提醒(然後還沒給到豬排?) 內用、外帶、電話訂餐,點餐單全部放在一起,人員分不清楚,內部不斷在確認哪個東西出了嗎、做了沒,工作分配跟流程非常需要優化 能理解早餐店生意好要久等,但東西一直做錯,無法接受,客人都願意花時間等了,東西要做對是非常基本的吧?
