★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樹林中華電信神腦國際店空間雖不是很大，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，一條鞭的服務。雖位在樹林菜市場旁，且在樹林交通要地下道，但卻有很大停車場，方便客戶停車洽公。一踏進門就有服務員，很親切詢問要辦的服務項目後，會幫忙按排隊號碼牌，然後引導到櫃檯旁的休息座等待叫號。櫃檯服務員很是專業，很有耐心聽取問題，然後將本以為會很困難的事迎認解決。神通電腦的櫃檯，陳列琳瑯滿目各式各樣手機，故不論是換新機，或維修很是方便。電內除了電信服務外，還展示很多家庭電器用品，冰箱，洗衣機，電視機，提供送貨到宅服務。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直以來對中華電信的服務很滿意，也是中華電信跟我說在這裡買手機跟樹新路的一樣，第一次買因為手機沒有問題所以不知道他們的售後服務差，第二次買7天內問題連連，但中山路神腦堅持不給換新機，說要硬體明顯壞掉，經他們的公司認定不能使用才可以換新機，否則就算7天內也只能送修，好在有中華電信出面處理我才可以順利換新機，下次不敢再來買手機了
