★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent Taiwanese version of Imagawayaki (今川焼き). We got red bean and creamy custard both were yummy! Crispy skin (need to enjoy right away), soft thin spongy underlayer and thick filling which you can taste the grainy but smooth buttery texture of red beans. With the right amount of lighter sweetness. Highly recommended when you are in the need for a quick satisfying snack before visiting more Yinggo shops.
