排骨便當的配菜有炒高麗菜、筍絲、酸菜、滷蛋和菜圃，炒高麗菜鮮甜好吃個人很喜歡，筍絲和酸菜都是古早路線有點偏甜的口味，滷蛋有入味中規中矩，菜圃個人喜好就不評論，重點是那塊滷排骨吃來鹹香軟嫩卻不膩口，即使放涼了也還是很好吃，下方的白飯還會淋上一點滷汁真的超級加分的！另外酸辣湯的料很多很實在，滋味比較偏台式口味，就是酸味和胡椒都比較溫和而勾芡比較濃厚，就看個人喜好囉～
如果吃不到火車便當的滷排骨，也是可以來吃這家的排骨解解饞，推薦唷～
