★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 民國70年代，「順隆窯業」，於大門前右側建造此一福德祠，拜亭石柱上之對聯也以「順隆」二字為藏頭日：「順天理得地利享人和，隆事業興產物樂太平」，祈佑財源廣進·利祿亨通，其後因「順隆窯業」結束營業，改易公司名稱為「晉大陶瓷」，但已不再管理此福德祠之祭祀事宜，後乃由附近居民延續祭拜。
