★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 其實一直以來點去冰飲品，含有小碎冰都覺得很正常，畢竟這樣飲品才能保鮮、喝起來也較順口。如圖我點了去冰多多綠，但飲料到手發現裡面哐啷哐啷都是完整大冰塊…拿給店員看跟店員反應，店員說“噢因為妳點的不是完全去冰，所以這個有「小碎冰」是正常的。”…這麼多大冰塊跟我說小碎冰@@好的我就當是我隔著飲料杯看目脫好了…拿回家倒進杯裡算算有十來顆的大冰塊，飲料喝到最後跟水一樣。
請問這是你們SOP的問題？還是店員的教育訓練有問題？…還有一杯鳳梨冰茶狀況一樣就不附圖了?♀️
