價格親民,蔬果新鮮不錯!!環境麻就是傳統市場一般般,但大致上還是讓我覺得方便滿意??

晚上多次來這購買水果青菜,因晚班人員熱心且很願意主動告知水果怎麼挑,所以對店家很有好感。 昨天下午下班約6點買了一顆榴槤,請店內人員幫忙取出榴蓮果,取出來的過程就有發現榴槤顏色有咖啡色,但是看員工也是看一看就放進袋裡,自己沒吃過榴槤並不懂也相信店家會為自己把管品質,所以沒有多問。 回去後約晚上11點家人拿出來吃才告知我是酸的,原本想說才壞一塊沒關係,把好的吃掉就好,結果發現其他顆出水?家人表示吃了這麼多年的榴蓮沒吃過這樣的...,所以晚上又騎車過去詢問可否換一顆。 晚上的員工還是非常熱心的為自己處理並且道歉,但表示因不是晚班賣出的,無法處理,請我隔天再跑一趟。 因為信任店家,所以我將壞掉的榴蓮放在店上,表示沒關係,我信任你們,留下電話明天過來。 但今天過去,下午的員工表示老闆說開果時沒出水,代表沒壞,只願意退我兩百... 但明明我就看著員工開果時有咖啡色的,而酸掉的就是咖啡色的那塊...然後跟我說沒壞? 我店裡買完後回家裡冰,不用五分鐘的路程,榴蓮就壞了? 問了員工半天,一問三不知,只叫我自己去跟老闆說? 不是只有你們要上班,我也要上班,要我一大早去店裡問老闆? 因午班員工一副事不關己的表情,所以決定拿了兩百走人。 拿了兩百還要將壞掉的榴蓮還我,我拒絕並表示壞掉了我拿回去幹嘛? 這家店我是不會再去了。 我也會告知親友如去購買需謹慎。 當買一個教訓,現在知道只要現場發現怪怪的,真的不必擔心商家立場,直接詢問就對了。 何必這麼為他們著想?反正他們也不會把你當事情看,有沒有我這個客人對他們來說一點也不重要。

男友幫忙買我喜歡吃的榴蓮給驚喜 因為他不吃榴蓮,也不會挑。 之前去買過遇過兩次店員很熱心,分享怎麼挑水果。 所以這次也是覺得挑了個榴槤,應該再取果肉的時候也會看到裡面的狀況,幫忙把關! 結果 看到當作沒看到! 回家後,我打開冰箱很開心的要來吃,發現有咖啡色和全部的榴蓮果肉都出水! 吃過這麼多榴蓮,第一次看到榴蓮這個狀態。 當下當然是用聞的,果然是酸的..... 非常生氣,怎麼可以這麼不專業還不誠實。 男友當天騎車去,當天的店員非常的願意想處理,所以留了電話隔天再去看是要怎麼做處理。 結果就退個兩百。態度又一副反正不甘我的事! 讓人非常氣憤! 不專業、不誠實、不願意處理、也浪費客人時間、浪費了好心買水果給自己吃的男友! 這種處理方式真的非常不行! 還要自己挑時間去他們老闆在的時候! 這種態度也是蠻屌的啦! 啊然後說 那個販賣榴蓮的店員,平常都在賣蔬菜,對水果不是很了解?!!?!?????!?! 這個爛理由,我是聽不下去啦! 不會煮菜的人,很少買水果的人,眼睛也會發現顏色不對、菜和水果出水爛掉、鼻子也會聞到酸味吧?!!????!?! 這種不誠實不專業的店,希望 大家不要再去受這種氣~ 因為他們都是一個態度「反正買的人不是我!」 當然 去到現場 你們應該也不會想買,因為環境、衛生糟到不行! (真的會去買只是覺得一開始那兩個店員人很好很親切,七堵是個濕氣重的地方。願意好好經營,即使環境再髒,品質跟專業應該不會減!) 當然以上括弧的這些話,被推翻了^_^ 我們踩到地雷了?
