Taipei City Zhongshan District Household Registration Office

今天因為要申請個人的戶籍謄，來到中山區的這個戶政事務所。那櫃檯的小姐非常的和善親切，不像一般公家機關的作業人員一副面無表情的臉。不友善的態度。這裡的櫃檯或者是服務人員都很和善 親切 熱心

二樓服務態度良好、解說清楚 一樓健保則是5:24還在櫃檯辦理、服務員當面一邊處理一邊整理自己的包包準備下班（隔壁三個沒業務的也是一邊聊天一邊整理包包）沒有批評的意思、只是羨慕而已、呵呵

It's very clean here and the employees are extremely pleasant and professional. Nobody made a fuss about my mixed child and only general, non-racial compliments were made, which speaks to their respect of diversity.

盧俐伶 is a LIAR ! As soon a procedure is a little more complicated than the average, she would rather lie and claim it does not exist, hoping that you would go somewhere else and that she doesn't have to deal with this. We came to register our first child and requested an English copy mentioning her foreign name on it, which is a well-known and perfectly legal procedure. But she probably felt it was too much trouble for her, so instead of obeying the law, she pretended that it was impossible for a Taiwanese child to have a Chinese and a foreign name, which is ABSURD ! Many consular services in Taiwan regularly use that document for transcription, so how can it be impossible? Because she kept refusing to follow the law, we decide to go to Da'an District. Once there, they were able to everything we asked with no problem. They were able to do everything that lazy employee from Zhonshan claimed was impossible and did not even exist. How come Da'an can do it and Zhongshan cannot? How can the law be different in two different District of the same city? That person should be ashame of herself for playing around with people's time, for lying about legal procedure when she doesn't feel like doing her jod and for hoping that other people from other District will do it for her. If you refuse to do your job, stop stealling your salary. I hope Zhongshan District office will investigate this type of behavior and make sure that employee will abide by the law. And in case 盧俐伶 still claims it is impossible, the second picture is the document obtain from Da'an, the same document she pretends is impossible. This is a proof that she lied to us.
