腿庫便當$110 平日晚上五點來排隊約10到15分鐘 還可以接受 機車方便臨停 開車不方便 有內用座位 / 平常不太會吃腿庫飯因為怕太肥會覺得噁心 但這家吃起來覺得剛剛好! 飯淋上滷汁香氣up 配菜也不錯 但個人覺得魯白菜有點鹹(自己吃偏清淡) / 份量對我來說八分飽 男生可能會覺得不太夠 店員服務態度也都很好 下次再來吃其他口味!

被燒得不要不要的,終於吃到了啦! 一直都知道要排隊,而且聽說要排1個小時,覺得很誇張啊,但又不想排隊,怎麼辦? 結果我找到了一個不用排隊的好辦法(插隊?疑不是啦) 就是電話先訂餐,依照店員告知的時間在去拿就好囉!不過電話訂餐有限制,要訂餐滿$400喔!(腿庫飯$110*3+大腸$70*1=$400,這樣就輕鬆達成訂餐門檻啦) 今天11點訂餐,人員告知12點30分才能取,到了現場不誇張,那個排隊的隊伍看不到盡頭。 回到腿庫飯和大腸,腿庫非常好吃,軟Q不軟爛,肉質不柴卻又好入口,搭配醬汁和畫龍點睛的小魚辣椒,辣卻又一口接一口啦!配菜簡單但每一樣都好吃,這很難得!大腸雖然一份小小的,可是搭配著飯吃也好香好搭! 難怪排隊成醬啦!下次去一定要先訂啦~

終於有機會到這來朝聖 二話不說,直接點了腿庫便當+單點大腸當作主菜,配菜就來顆滷蛋+味增湯做陪襯好了⋯⋯ 一般來說,個人很少點腿庫的 因為要處理的好不容易 因為同時有瘦肉跟肥肉的部分,要煮到兩者皆完美的話,不是瘦肉太柴、要不肥肉太Q彈 光興的腿庫,算是處理的剛剛好(雖然個人有吃過更好的) 瘦肉部分不但軟嫩、但不會乾柴,吃得出肉的彈性;肥肉部分雖不到入口即化的程度,但也相差不遠,保有一定Q彈的程度,多了一分口感 味道算是鹹6甜4,不會太甜到膩口 香氣倒是沒特別明顯,聞不太出來有加了常見的中藥香,整體上還是以醬香味為主 整塊腿庫也算滷得入味,每口的感覺還算一致 滷大腸也是一絕 大腸也是滷透、味道完全進去了 雖然大腸軟嫩、但一樣保有Q彈口感,不會一夾就散,也難怪算是必點菜色之一⋯⋯ 滷蛋嘛,還算入味! 不會像很多知名滷肉飯名店一樣,都只有外表上色的白煮蛋就拿來賣,根本是OOXX⋯⋯ 另外點完餐之後 店家都會問要不要加辣跟香菜 強烈推薦這的自製小魚辣椒 不但辣度十足且能開胃解膩 唯一的缺憾是疫情期間不能自己加 吃完就沒了!!! 下次一定要店家加好加滿為止⋯⋯ 各式便當都會有附上4種配菜 白飯亦會淋上肉燥滷汁 真的可以算是誠意十足⋯⋯ 若真要說缺點嘛,大概就是飯量略嫌不足 若只是單點便當沒有其他配菜 肯定吃不飽的 所以下次應該直接升級大碗的飯才夠滿足口腹之慾…
