九層塔給的很足，不加醬的話，本身就有香氣，而且餅吃起來有脆度。加醬的話，選擇也是滿多樣的。
每次來都要排上10分鐘以上，但人還是很多。製作蔥油餅時，兩個人配合的很巧妙，滿有節奏的，有點工廠作業化了，例如蛋汁的比例，麵皮下鍋時的節奏，可以看的出是同一個火侯，用時間差來做其他的事。
打烊時，老闆還會掃地，清潔地面，很有良心。
