喜歡的池上便當基本上都算好吃，黃金排骨很讚
但～～～有一天我踩到雷了?
鯖魚是半熟成的魚、炸的時候應是加熱使至本身魚本身的魚油體現魚肉的軟嫩入口，而不是炸成過熟幾近魚乾的口感了???OMG
如果要拗成是新鮮全生的魚肉也可
那也是炸的時間太久了還是廚房人員無調理認知？
希望老闆對員工教育訓練要再加強
我還是會再光顧的
