★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩道炸的工序，讓皮脆的帶點殼的感覺，不過他不太有臭豆腐會有的臭香味，醬汁很獨特，泡菜也相當好吃，不確定是泡菜還是醬汁，帶點梅子味（？），來吃絕對不會後悔，沒來吃才可惜。
The two-step frying process makes the skin crispy with a bit of a shell, but it doesn’t have the smell of stinky tofu. The sauce is very unique, and the kimchi is quite delicious. Not sure if it’s kimchi or sauce, bring some Plum flavor (?), you will never regret it, but it is a pity not to eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外帶、辣醬跟醬油膏另外附，照片為已淋醬後，店家動作很快！臭豆腐相當酥脆，辣醬真的會辣，不是辣豆瓣的假辣，要斟酌使用，醬油膏的話就一般正常，泡菜給的分量蠻多的，臭豆腐挖洞讓你塞醬跟泡菜，整體來說不賴！

泡菜也有用心，雖然是傳統口味，但非常入味、爽脆又不帶生味！令人讚賞！
