兩次來用餐前其實都吃得很飽
但住附近，就想試個麻辣的口感做晚餐的結尾
第一次吃，整體水準佳，價格也合理
不收服務費，鴨血豆腐可以續，品質也還可以
湯底選酸白菜與養生麻辣
第二次用餐，水準依舊，食材新鮮
不特別拍食材，如口述一樣佳
特別的還有酸梅湯
真的爆幹好喝
第一次用餐真的飽上飽
這次真的是為了酸梅湯而來
單一販售酸梅湯的店家都沒這個好喝
什麼淡水xx，xx烏梅汁，通通給我下去
在此推薦給麻辣鍋的愛好者

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在三重一家裝潢漂亮的單點式火鍋店，主是以麻辣鍋為主，也有其他湯頭可以選擇做為鴛鴦鍋，火鍋料食材定價不會太高，也不用收一成服務費，四個人吃下來大概二千元左右，飲料僅提供熱茶與飯後一小杯冰沙，但目前台灣飲食被吃到飽方式養成習慣，單點的方式還是會讓有些人卻步。

The drinks only provide hot tea and a small cup of smoothies after meals. However, at present, Taiwanese food is habituated by the all-you-can-eat method, and the single-order method will still deter some people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點的養生麻辣鍋底不麻不辣相當好吃，豚骨高鈣湯底也相當順口。老油條酥脆，肉品的部分我個人偏好豬肉，其他牛肉及羊肉還有鴨肉都有一般水準。海鮮盤都很新鮮，花枝清脆鮮蝦輕甜。豬血糕餅其他的火鍋店好吃不少。山藥及芋頭表現也是水準以上。整體而言是一家值得推薦的火鍋餐廳。
The healthy spicy hot pot that I ordered today is delicious without being numb or spicy, and the pork bone high-calcium soup base is also quite smooth. The old fritters are crispy. I personally prefer pork for the meat part. Other beef, mutton and duck are of average level. The seafood plates are all fresh, the scallops are crisp and the prawns are light and sweet. Pig blood cakes and other hot pot restaurants are delicious. The performance of yam and taro is also above the standard. Overall it's a recommended hot pot restaurant.
