☑蛋黃酥 = 很傳統的口味，皮很油香，蠻酥的，皮上的芝麻香氣相當明顯，有炒過?? 裡面蛋黃稍稍略嫌乾了一點，但是紅豆泥略濕的口感彌補了這一點。紅豆泥不過份甜膩，味道實在，吃完嘴底沒有變得酸澀難耐，取而代之的式一股油鹹香。不錯，4.5分，不過對於部分養生現代人來說，過於油膩一點。
