★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寄信過去估價等了2個禮拜遲遲未回覆，打了2 3通電話過去詢問，員工不是說電腦還沒開就是無法看圖，一直告訴我沒有詳細說明如何製作，問了問題對方也搞不清楚狀況!我付上原始設計稿、希望製作的範例樣式、實際尺寸、與現場實際照片，第一次寄信詢問很快就有估價單，為何後面2個招牌就問題一大堆? 如果客戶對於製作招牌流程瞭若指掌為何還要向貴公司詢問溝通?重點是有問題也不主動聯繫溝通，真的很令人失望!
I sent a letter in the past and waited for 2 weeks. I did n’t reply. I called 2 or 3 and asked in the past. The staff either said that the computer was not turned on or could not see the picture. They kept telling me how to make it. I don't know the situation! I paid the original design draft, the sample style I wanted to make, the actual size, and the actual photos on site. I sent an inquiry for the first time to get an estimate soon. Why are there a lot of problems in the next 2 signs? Why do customers ask your company for communication when they know the process of making signboards? The main point is that they do n’t actively contact communication when there is a problem, which is really disappointing!
