跟花蓮公正街小籠包同類型，
台北大多剩湯包了，不容易找到這種傳統的小籠包，剛好經過發現立刻買一籠。
餡料紮實不會一咬都是皮，但真的會飽XD
趁熱吃比較不會覺得油，餡裡應該有加一點薑泥，再配他送的紅茶剛好這兩個可以解膩。
厚皮小籠包愛好者不能錯過！

It will not feel oily when eaten while it is hot. There should be a little ginger paste in the filling, and the black tea he sent is just enough to relieve the greasiness.
