It is adjacent to the triple station of the Double MRT and enjoys the double vegetable road of the Grand Taipei Metropolitan Park. There is a flea market every morning under the bridge, and there is a starlight night market at night. It has a green park in Wanping, a bicycle lane, a water park. Softball field. Look at Guanyin Mountain Xizhao.. and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建案不錯，位置位於橋旁邊就馬馬虎虎，所以一樓開不了店面，連Louisa都快倒的感覺，優點是離捷運算近，缺點是旁邊就是重新橋，橋旁邊的馬路很小，以及有個X媚很像風化場所的地方。
The construction project is good, the location is just beside the bridge, so there is no shop on the first floor. Even Louisa is about to fall down. The advantage is that it is close to the Czechoslovakia. The disadvantage is that the bridge is next to the bridge. The road next to the bridge is very small, and there is a X Mei is very much like a weathered place.

The building is well managed, it's a double MRT home! Close to Metropolitan Park! Life is convenient!
