態度真的很差,眼睛有問題下班就馬上趕去看診 ,本來先去一段的看但他們說他們今天晚上是代診所以提早結束營業,那位護士很親切的解釋,還讓我去你們這間說應該還來得及,他們說你們看診到21:00 ,我沒提前預約我有一部分責任,但我到了現場20:56櫃檯兩個護士態度真的很差,我詢問還有辦法掛號嗎?只回應我已經休診了就繼續背對我,我就想說確認一下看診時間問了一句那請問你們都看診到幾點,本來兩個護士還想當作沒聽到我一直站在那邊大概快10秒吧,才轉過頭回應我只到21:00喔, 然後看了一眼時間說現在還有兩分鐘??? 那你們要不要乾脆把營業時間改成只到20:58?態度不能好一點嗎?一臉高傲不屑回應人的態度讓人實在不會想去了,要不是因為真的眼睛有狀況,誰想下了班那麼累了還要特地跑過去?
The attitude is really bad. I have to go to see a doctor immediately after get off work. I originally went to see a section first, but they said that they were closing the clinic early tonight. The nurse explained it very kindly and asked me to go to your place. They said that you should see the doctor until 21:00. So do you want to simply change the business hours to only 20:58? Couldn't the attitude be better? The attitude of responding with arrogance and disdain makes people really don't want to go. If it wasn't because of the condition of the eyes, who would want to run over when they are so tired after work?

今天接近五點前看診,剛進去門口的護理小姐蠻ok的 但我隨即注意到櫃檯一群算護士(?整個都在吵 閒話家常雖然不甘我的事 但由此可見貴醫院冷清到護士小姐都在聊天 幫我掛號的護士也挺幽默的,我第一次到貴醫院掛診 健保卡給了 收了我錢 請我一旁休息 不到一分鐘又把我叫回去填寫第一次看診資料?那為什麼一開始不講清楚?我嚴重懷疑智商跟邏輯問題 後續看診也是幽默 醫生看似年輕 我在闡述我的狀況話也不聽完? 這叫醫者? 整個過程下來 最正常的只剩下領藥的藥劑師跟門口的護士 不曉得這間眼科醫院這麼差勁還可以拿國家衛福體系的經費拿這麼多 滿是疑問

林諮詢師很溫和親切,第一次諮詢的時候就講解很仔細、使用儀器前都有消毒,並提醒會有強光等,是讓人可以很信任的諮詢師?? 諮詢師特地約了最早的手術時間,手術前流程順暢,完全不用等待,不到中午就回到家了~當晚第一次回診視力約0.9,但看近還是稍微模糊,是術後正常恢復過程~ 手術中只有緊張,過程中不會痛,術後幾乎沒有不適感,可以正常作息,推薦想擺脫眼鏡的人來做全飛秒雷射手術~
