★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏醋乾麵：份量十足，麵條有點像白麵跟油麵的混合體，口感外表濕軟，但麵芯不爛，整體吃起來味道鹹香微酸，個人覺得原始調味稍微淡了點，建議自己加醋跟醬調整。
骨仔肉湯：湯上浮著幾許蔥花，外觀色白，湯頭鮮鹹，入口明顯帶著豬臊味，肉雖軟但不嫩，感覺肉味都被腥臊味蓋過了，後來是靠著好吃的辣椒醬油膏硬食完的；是說我後來看別人的評論明明都有加薑絲壓豬臊味，可是不知道為什麼我這碗只有蔥花。
Black Vinegar Dried Noodles: The portion is full. The noodles are a bit like a mixture of white noodles and oil noodles. The taste is moist and soft on the outside, but the noodle core is not rotten. The overall taste is salty and slightly sour. Personally, I think the original seasoning is a little light. Adjust with vinegar and sauce.
Bone boy broth: There are a few chopped green onions floating on the soup, the appearance is white, the soup is fresh and salty, and the entrance is obviously with the smell of pig scum. The meat is soft but not tender, and the meat taste is covered by the stinky smell. Later, it was delicious. The chili soy sauce paste is hard to eat; it means that when I read other people's comments later, it is obvious that ginger is added to suppress the taste of pork, but I don't know why I only have chopped green onion in this bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/30 中午。化成路知名麵店，幾次路過但附近沒有停車場卻無法吃成。今天剛好有巷子內紅線可以停，膽戰心驚停車後趕快吃一餐。
乾麵嚴格來說是不錯，但是如果沒有加入他們的蔥油膏及桌上的黑醋應該無法提升乾麵的層次。所以精髓在醬料。
肉骨湯是廷油的。不過算是美味，而且骨肉相當充足。
小菜份量不錯。還會加熱後再端上桌。服務算是不錯。環境沒有什麼特別。
總結，餐飲CP值是相當不錯。可以說是好吃也便宜。
3/30 noon. A well-known noodle shop on Huacheng Road, I passed by several times but there was no parking lot nearby but I couldn't eat it. Today, there is a red line in the alley where you can stop, so I'm scared to stop and have a meal.
The dry noodles are technically good, but without the addition of their scallion ointment and black vinegar on the table it shouldn't be able to elevate the level of the dry noodles. So the essence is in the sauce.
Bone broth is tinged with oil. But it is delicious, and the flesh and bones are quite abundant.
Side dishes are good. It will also be heated before serving. Service is good. The environment is nothing special.
In conclusion, the CP value of catering is quite good. It's delicious and cheap.
