青菜如要放隔夜要另外裝一袋，小辣不太辣，煙燻味不重，推薦豆干、菜心、白蘿蔔、鴨翅。

很多地方媽媽上傳統市場都很愛
凹老闆買菜送蔥，我自己也是。
會這麼做其實並非買不起或消貪什麼，
只是想藉此感受傳統市場特有的人情味。
市場買菜送蔥、逛地攤買東西殺價，
這些情境時不時在我的生活中上演，
稀鬆平常，自然的不得了。
但買滷味竟然能半買半相送？
不用客人開口老闆主動問大方送，
我此生還真是頭一回碰到！
