徒步環境並不佳 且化成路機能完整度比起幸福路 福壽街還是差多了
優點是頭前重劃區整體小環境佳 小小的範圍內就有三大公園
人行道規劃也很完整 也有ubike站 晚上很適合優閒的散步
開價合理 格局也OK 若有看兩房 總價設定在1350萬左右 可以來參考看看
