a	appleamy hsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為怕浪費雙方時間，出發前有先詢問是否有一般體驗項目，接電話的人說有。週六經過再進一步問櫃檯小姐說要平日等週一再去，今天到了診所，另一位櫃檯小姐又說只有抽血。診所為什麼連自家業務都不淸楚，讓人白跑二次！！ Because I was afraid of wasting time for both parties, I asked if there are general experience items before departure, and the person who answered the phone said yes. On Saturday, I asked the counter girl further and said that she would wait until Monday to go on weekdays. When I arrived at the clinic today, the other counter girl said that only the blood was taken. Why is the clinic not so embarrassed about its own business? It makes people run twice in vain! !

(so no five stars ?)
L	Lin Wang (위영) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不知道大家會不會對踏進初次去的診所，莫名有種緊張的感覺！我的耳朵裡面貌似發炎，所以就近看了這家耳鼻喉科，沒想到，整體看醫生感覺超好，王醫生超級親切又專業。看完耳朵後，順口提到喉嚨自從得完Covid後，還是會不太舒服，王醫生看診後表示喉嚨沒有發炎症狀。通常醫師這樣回答後就沒下文，但王醫師很細心地提醒不要使用漱口水&吃含藥喉糖類的東西去舒緩，並且詳細解釋為什麼會因此加劇不適症狀? I don't know if everyone will feel nervous about stepping into the clinic for the first time! The inside of my ear seems to be inflamed, so I saw this ENT department nearby. I didn't expect that the overall feeling of seeing the doctor was super good. Dr. Wang is super kind and professional. After reading the ears, he mentioned that the throat still feels uncomfortable after getting Covid. After seeing the doctor, Dr. Wang said that the throat has no symptoms of inflammation. Usually doctors don’t follow up after answering this way, but Dr. Wang carefully reminded not to use mouthwash & medicated throat lozenges to soothe, and explained in detail why the symptoms aggravated ?
V	Vera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 王醫師親切又細心，在這也看了7年了，第一次是因為我兒子耳朵積水，馬偕醫院說一週要去觀察2次，如果積水增加要排手術裝耳管引流出來，觀察期為3－5個月，變成我每週都要請假帶我兒子去淡水馬偕醫院。 ⭐後來朋友介紹王醫師這裡，王醫師跟我說，我每天下班都可以直接帶我兒子過來這邊，他幫他檢查耳朵積水的狀況，不需要掛號費，也不需要健保卡。如果積水狀況太嚴重再去馬偕醫院。不然我常常這樣跑太累了，花時間又花錢。 ⭐我從來也沒有遇過有這麼好的醫生。我非常的感謝他 Dr. Wang is kind and attentive. I have been here for 7 years. The first time was because of the accumulation of water in my son's ears. Mackay Hospital said that I should observe it twice a week. If the accumulation of water increases, a surgical ear tube should be drained out. For 3-5 months, I have to take leave every week to take my son to Tamsui Mackay Hospital. ⭐ Later, a friend introduced Dr. Wang here. Dr. Wang told me that I can bring my son here directly after get off work every day. He will help him check the condition of the water in his ears. No registration fee or health insurance card is required. If the water accumulation is too serious, go to Mackay Hospital. Otherwise, I'm often too tired to run like this, spending time and money. ⭐ I have never met such a good doctor. I thank him very much
