★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不確定服務人員是否為新人 但態度差勁 對業務流程又不熟悉 看起來像是新人 又不會詢問其他資深員工 需再加強新人服務態度以及解決問題的能力^_^
Not sure if the service staff is a rookie, but the attitude is bad, unfamiliar with the business process, looks like a rookie, and won't ask other senior staff, needs to strengthen the service attitude and problem-solving ability of the new staff ^_^
