點了招牌腸旺臭豆腐，約有5塊腸旺、鴨血蠻軟嫩的，豆腐據說是選用大溪手工臭豆腐，其他配料有一顆香菇貢丸、香菇、2-3個肉塊、些許高麗菜/金針菇/豆皮，整體口味除了太鹹以外還可以。
 The taste is salty, basically it needs to be served with rice, and there is no way to eat it alone.
I ordered the signature Changwang stinky tofu. There are about 5 pieces of Changwang and duck blood is quite tender. The tofu is said to use Daxi handmade stinky tofu. The other ingredients are a mushroom ball, shiitake mushrooms, 2-3 pieces of meat, a little bit Cabbage / enoki mushroom / tofu skin, the overall taste is okay except that it is too salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆腐沒入味 建議先挾分成小塊煮 多沾點湯吃會比較好.
肉咬起來有點硬. 附餐要另外點. 蔥香飯吃起來就是魯肉飯的感覺.
基本口味還不錯 但這個價味會覺得不如直接吃臭臭鍋那種還比較划算.
If the tofu is not tasty, it is better to cut it into small pieces and cook it with more soup.
The meat is a bit hard to bite. The accompanying meal requires another order. The scallion rice tastes like Lurou rice.
The basic taste is not bad, but at this price, I feel that it is more cost-effective to eat the smelly pot directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻辣臭豆腐，不麻不香，只有湯汁有點辣味，臭豆腐的口感也不好吃。看著開很久，帶朋友來嚐鮮，真的是很失望啊。第二顆星是給服務人員的！
Spicy stinky tofu is not numb or fragrant, only the soup is a bit spicy, and the taste of stinky tofu is not delicious. Looking at it for a long time and bringing friends to try it out, I was really disappointed. The second star is for service staff!

記得之前吃招牌類的一碗150 今天變成165......
下次直接考慮吃小火鍋了
而且湯頭好像沒之前好
湯汁太稠也味道也沒以前入味
