不過雖然是老店，但也不見得就是好吃的店，它的鹹酥雞炸的蠻乾的，而且不知道是不是油品沒有很乾淨的關係，所以炸出來的食物都有點咖啡色，看起來不是很清爽。
其他的炸物也是普遍炸得比較乾，吃起來就會比較老而且硬，我個人覺得不是很好吃。
不過這家的價格算是蠻便宜的，老闆在炸完之後會再脫油，所以吃起來就不會覺得太油膩，而且老闆不會加很多調味粉，所以吃起來也不會整個都是調味粉的味道。
整體來說這家鹹酥雞雖然有不少優點，但因為炸出來的食物我覺得偏乾，顏色看起來也不是很新鮮，所以應該是不會特別再來購買了。
