網路提前預約號碼2 也提前抵達完成掛號 結果開始看診以後從11號開始 等了半小時跳到12號 我問了櫃檯 那我是2號請問一下我什麼時候看 櫃檯回我 這穿插號嗎看的 那請問我網路預約是預約心酸的嗎?? 而且中間也沒有按號碼看診 有的直接喊名字有的跳號 明明我是按照規則預約的 要看個抽血報告而已 但這謎之規則的診所不知道要讓等到什麼時候?

今天去打疫苗,原本看評論很低,覺得怕怕的。但是去的時候人很多,服務的櫃檯醫護人員也都很細心,辛苦囉☺️☺️☺️。

還是謝謝劉醫生細心發現我檢查結果有問題,說要在檢查別項(可能我不是讀護理不理解貴診所話語),在外面等繳完費等抽血,過一陣子我去櫃檯請問什么時候抽血,櫃檯也沒查就說:要等,後來等快一個小時看打疫苗比我晚來都打完,我再去問櫃檯才查跟別的護理師說我是複查,我不理解為什麽第一次不查一下,理解貴診所很忙畢竟疫情期間要用各種事,但態度要這麽強硬嗎?最後我去找醫生反應,打電話過去貴診所最後反應說:我們都道歉了,你們要怎樣嗎?(貴診所不是說道歉而是不好意思,還有請問一下可以這樣回答去給醫生看的病患嗎?)

櫃檯姊姊們辛苦了,要吸收各類問題,希望大家去到診所前可以釐清自己需要什麼,有什麼症狀,查好資訊,再去做下一步的當面詢問。 再來是今天很幸運看診醫師是劉醫師,因為是乳房相關問題,所以有幸能遇到她。 聽了我的症狀後幫我安排超音波,來來回回細心幫我檢查,也一邊回答我的疑問,真的非常專業,推薦劉醫師。 最後希望大家去診所的時候能多體諒醫護人員,打疫苗跟一般掛號甚至處方籤、轉診等問題程序都很多,這段期間辛苦了!

最近留下負評的大都跟打疫苗有關,我以前來看都很好阿!護理人員本來就很吃緊了,疫情的因素又讓業務量增加或被政府調去支援,大家就多一點包容心吧!
