奉勸大樓管委會找這間公司管理的人，跟他們溝通絕對要白底黑字加錄影，否則電話或任何口頭上答應住戶的事，一律說完就忘，說完就不認帳，還會反怪你的錯你的問題呢！
大家切勿記得要小心！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 競標時說得好聽、承諾都做得到，得標後才改口說做不到要終止合約，都已經是現任物業保全，怎麼會不清楚社區狀況胡亂答應，完全不尊重客戶的招標，不是沒有投標保證金就可以吹牛好嘛(更別說清潔的品質有夠差，只是掃拖輕輕帶過一點專業度都沒有)，而且在客戶合約到期前才臨時說要終止不續約，不知道重新招標或交接需要時間麻，有點良心好嘛

How could I not understand the community’s situation and promised indiscriminately, and totally disrespect the customer’s bidding, not without bidding. I don’t know how to renew it. Tendering or handover takes time, so it’s a good conscience.
