★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戲院不只有電影，更有戲中人物相襯，加上等待區天花板上slogan的點綴，意有所指的台詞，更烘托觀影氛圍。如此別有風味地方讓人享受！
 The theater is not only a movie, but also the characters in the movie. The slogan embellishment on the ceiling of the waiting area, which means the lines, further enhances the movie-watching atmosphere. Such a unique place to enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新莊宏匯的美麗新皇家影城，
票價跟大直一樣750元/位，其中300元可折抵餐點。
可惜餐點的落差頗大，
520元的漢堡不行，牛肉麵口味也不行，肉質偏硬。雞翅260元，是餐點中最好吃的一項。
環境部分，設備是新的，還不錯，可惜整潔度有待加強，男，女廁所擦手紙都沒補，看電影含吃飯，總共3～4小時，一樣沒清潔廁所。
電影院座椅同樣舒服，加分。
一直很期待新莊的皇家影城，整體在消費後有些失望。

In the environment part, the equipment is new and not bad, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. The toilet papers for men and women are not refilled. Movies and meals are included, and the toilets are not cleaned for a total of 3 to 4 hours.
The cinema seats are equally comfortable, plus points.
I have been looking forward to the Royal Cinemas in Xinzhuang, and overall I was a little disappointed after consumption.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很有設計感 椅子也很寬敞 喜歡影廳外紅光的感覺 廁所也非常的有特色
不管是男廁還是女廁都設計成眼鏡的樣子
女廁是貓戴眼鏡
皇家廳覺得蠻貴的不太推薦 但是蠻特別的雖然廳比較小 但有寬敞的沙發可以吃東西
750一個人 其中300可以抵消費

椅子算好坐…位子也蠻寬敞…但椅背有點太直
不過…不太會被前面的人擋到的設計很好
票價有會員…標準廳是240
比新莊國賓貴一點
清潔人員沒有一排排去巡視座位有沒有垃圾
因為我們到座位之後
有看到上一場的人遺留的票券放在椅子上

But...the design that won't be blocked by the person in front is good
Tickets have membership...Standard hall is 240
A little more expensive than Xinzhuang State Guest
The cleaning staff didn't line up to check the seats for rubbish
because after we got to our seats
There are tickets left by people who saw the previous game on the chairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 距離前次造訪已有4個月了，竟發現將拍起來之相片po到宏匯廣場之評論了?
近日上映之幾部電影真的超夯的，吸引不少人進戲院觀賞，雖然疫情依舊頗嚴重，希望大家都平安健康。
放映之戲廳不算小，座位坐起來蠻舒適的，因選擇偏後排，目視感覺良好。
今日美中不足是，剛好鄰座約是小一.二學生?電影前面一小時就是一直吃東西，然後後面一小時應該是坐不住，就是一直動不停，玩童的娘也不遑多讓，頻頻拿出手機回訊息～N次被超級刺眼之螢幕干擾視線～哇哩咧，差點忍不住～真心希望任何沒有同理心之不良品，要少些出門才好哩?
假期要愉快捏～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing seating experience for the premium area, but probably the WORST customer service and food experience you'll ever have. For a 3h movie, food was served 2h later after following up twice. Some people at the end of the movie complained they didn't even get their food. They forgot our drinks too, after all that. On top of that, they're sold out of numerous things too. No hot dog or churro either.
Go here to watch a movie, but don't order food or drinks here, no matter what you do.
