意外的好吃，雖然沒法以台南的標準看待，但虱目魚肚新鮮度沒問題，蚵仔大顆火候拿捏更是極好。湯的鮮味也很棒。在泰山沒想到可以吃到這樣的一餐。

It is unexpectedly delicious. Although it cannot be regarded by Tainan standards, the freshness of milkfish maw is okay. The large oysters are even better when they are heated. The umami taste of the soup is also great. I didn't expect to have such a meal in Taishan.
