後面因為細故沒有成交，
最近聽朋友終於知道我為什麼沒買
朋友說走進去開放空間打個道館都被警衛趕～說什麼已經申請拆道館～那就是沒拆嗎？開放空間不是可以進去嗎？如果是私人土地就圍起來呀？

每天出門回家保全先生都會很有精神的問好，包裹也會親自送達家門口
公設比低但高規格，健身房、 撞球室、lounge bar規劃得很精緻大氣。
家裡還有溫泉，冬天在家泡溫泉真的很讚!
真的很開心搬到金璽御品，回家變得很享受。
