我是同一天安裝貴司的安卓車機以及電子後視鏡的車主。
因更新系統導致所有已安裝的app不見就罷了。 詢問如何更改輸入法的設定方式也只回覆圖片上的話！
逼的我直接打電話到貴司，得到的回覆仍一樣。 在強問回覆原廠的密碼後才敷衍的回覆。
或許是想避免使用者操作不當衍生出其他服務上的麻煩，因此貴司的安卓車機產品有著許多的框架限制。
若真要做好更新的SOP，就完完整整的把可能發生以及任何一個細節做出來。 做半套交差也只是造成更多客服的負擔。
