★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區中庭花園很大，還有獨立噴水魚池，管理中心獨立在水池上，儼如一座船塢或是湖上咖啡廳，真是特別。太師椅式建築，採光通風好，基地座北朝南，戶戶有景觀。與龜山長庚醫院長庚湖遙遙相望，有點遠又不會太近。住戶中上經濟水準，住戶八九成科技業、公教、醫護為主。
The community atrium garden is very large, and there is also a separate water jet fish pond. The management center is independent on the pond, like a dock or a coffee shop on the lake. It is really special. Taishi chair-style building, with good lighting and ventilation, the base is facing south, and every household has a landscape. Facing the Chang Geng Lake of Guishan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, it is a little far away but not too close. The households have middle and upper economic standards, and 80 to 90% of the households are in science and technology, public education, and medical care.
