★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從2014年斷斷續續的吃到2021年，食材與料理品質還是一如既往的優秀。尤其是煎鮭魚的部分，魚皮焦脆，魚肉軟嫩，可以充分感受到日式的匠人精神。
比較可惜的是固定菜單的選擇越來越少了，而當日特選份數也不多，經常點不到。希望主廚能持續開發新的固定菜單
 From the intermittent eating in 2014 to 2021, the quality of the ingredients and cooking is still as good as ever. Especially in the part of the fried salmon, the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. You can fully feel the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship.
It is a pity that there are fewer and fewer fixed menu choices, and there are not many special selections of the day, and they are often not ordered. I hope the chef can continue to develop new fixed menus

It has always been among top 3 restaurants in Linkou for me. The boss has quite an integrity of Japanese craftsmanship.
