★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原預約好的日期與時間，到達現場報到時，櫃臺小姐說沒有我的預約看診！？還問我是不是預約錯誤？？我說我打得就是本診所的電話，我還給櫃檯人員看通話記錄！但櫃檯小姐一直強調他們今天是預約滿的狀態！問一些有的沒的搞得好像是我的錯一樣！診所的時間是時間？！我們的時間不是時間嗎？？
我是看了大家的推薦、診所的簡介跟環境都還不錯，大家的評論也很好才選本診所！
真心的建議櫃檯人員要多加訓練！

They did not care. If you’re having a mental health crisis, make sure you make an appointment, or you will be turned away without even a referral.
