方才回診拿藥 聽到櫃台人員接到一通很扯的電話! 為什麼說很扯 因為光聽櫃檯的回答就知道該位患者在鬼打牆!! 還聽到藥技師只丟下一句話給櫃台 說如果是那患者再打來不要接給她 她無法處理!! 然後等待過程 我只覺得櫃台真的很可憐ㄟ!!! 要一個人面對這樣的蝦事 所以特地來給5星! 都給櫃台小姐!!

我已經去了超過一年 藥師每次都會要核對我的證件 而且一定要有照片的(我健保卡沒照片) 我東西都已經收好了還要再掏出來 我不是本人我要怎麼用我健保卡看醫生 要是我健保卡有照片 跟我再要一次的意義是什麼 誰會拿到別人的藥 而且最扯的是我本來以外這是藥師行事謹慎而已 結果我前幾天領藥的時候跟另一個人幾乎同時領 發現對方根本沒被要求看證件 這讓我覺得很冒犯 還有藥師的好意關心 每次都說要多運動要幹嘛幹嘛排毒 聽起來其實蠻諷刺的 我如果去運動還是吃什麼就會好 我吃那麼多藥幹嘛
