因緣際會,經過鄰居的介紹,我跟妻子去您店裡,談我們要的商品與服務,您要我們先付錢刷卡時,那時的豪言壯語。跟安裝後出問題,求天、天不靈。求地、地不應。打電話、打手機都沒人接。真的反差太大。 真心建議老闆,用心一點把品質做好,強化時間管理。 您也許真的很專業,但是委託您三件事務,每件都出問題。這真的不好。您一直說您很忙,但是也別做事,心不在焉。 這樣來來回回的,不斷處理之前沒做好的事,時間當然不夠,當然一直很忙。最重要的事,別不接電話,尤其是客戶發現施工後有問題的時候。 與大家分享我的個案的經歷: 1.遷移瓦斯熱水器:因為安裝時間緊急,我自己拆熱水器沒問題,但是強調有丙級證照的您,把瓦斯管線,安裝到會漏瓦斯,安裝完後也沒有驗證檢查。還好我覺得有瓦斯味道,把窗戶都打開,不然您在幫我們裝完瓦斯管線的那個晚上,我們全家都一起離開人世了。 最後也感謝您有再來更換瓦斯管,才不會整天擔心洗澡會不會瓦斯漏氣。 2.安裝廚下飲水機:裝完後不到一天,發現濾心漏水,隔了幾天,你才特別來多圈幾圈防水膠帶,事後依然漏水,說濾心問題,我們客戶要自行反應給原廠。反應給原廠後,原廠要求要有發票,確認購買日期。這時才發現您沒開發票,事後才補開,拿到發票給原廠確認,原廠就立刻派工處理。隔天就立即到場,一次就把問題處理完,原廠又發現濾心的紀錄表都沒填寫,立刻也幫我們補上。 3.新大樓安裝加壓馬達:馬達線路沒有額外獨立迴路,拉線時也沒有拉接地線,頂樓連接馬達的線路,也裸露在外,僅僅只有電工膠帶捆連接處,沒有做防水,加上馬達的電源路隨便搭接在總電盤電燈回路。我覺得不安全,查了一下法規,接水的電器(馬達),是需要安裝獨立迴路開關的。想說不讓您額外破費買開關,我買了個防漏電迴路開關,請您幫忙裝上,您又說不能裝,會不斷跳開,後來我也是自行處理,安裝好迴路,漏電測試也正常。 加壓馬達施工過程真的很坎坷,妻子跟您約時間,您總是一拖再拖,今天變明天,明天下午又變成傍晚,一會欠零件,施工再拖一個禮拜。好不容易裝好了,您就跑走了,說有下家工作。我去查看一下,馬達竟然一直漏水,水管的長度也不對,妻子打電話給您,您也不接,換另一支號碼的手機打給您,您就立刻接。 對於漏水的事情,竟然要我們拖延兩天後,您才有時間處理。好不容易等您處理漏水,結果又是多圈幾圈防水膠帶,有處理妥當也就算了,結果是依然漏水,不過從一分鐘滴15滴,降到變成滲漏。對於這樣,我們真的很無言了,就讓它慢慢滲漏吧。又過了幾天,最後管線有換回正常的尺寸規格,好家在,有再次處理滲漏的問題,終於沒漏水,電源線也包覆完成,做好防水。 最後終於完成工程,瓦斯漏氣、漏水惡夢也就結束了。 希望老闆能夠調整一下作業的方式與態度,別再惡化下去了。

Migrating the gas water heater: Because the installation time is urgent, I have no problem dismantling the water heater myself, but I emphasize that if you have a Class C license, install the gas pipeline until it will leak gas, and there is no verification inspection after installation. Fortunately, I felt the smell of gas, so I opened the windows, otherwise the night you helped us install the gas lines, our whole family would have died together. Finally, thank you for replacing the gas pipe again, so that you don't have to worry about gas leakage in the shower all day long. 2. Install the water dispenser under the kitchen: less than a day after the installation, the filter core is found to be leaking. After a few days, you have to make a few more laps of the waterproof tape. Afterwards, the water still leaks. If there is a problem with the filter core, our customers should respond by themselves. to the original factory. After the response is sent to the original factory, the original factory requires an invoice to confirm the purchase date. At this time, it was discovered that you did not issue an invoice, and it was reissued afterwards. When you got the invoice and sent it to the original factory for confirmation, the original factory immediately dispatched workers to deal with it. I came to the scene immediately the next day and solved the problem at one time. The original factory found that the record form of the filter was not filled in, and immediately helped us to make it up. 3. The pressurized motor is installed in the new building: there is no additional independent circuit for the motor circuit, and the grounding wire is not pulled when pulling the wire. The circuit connecting the motor on the top floor is also exposed, only the connection of electrical tape is bundled, not waterproof, plus the motor The power supply circuit is randomly overlapped with the light circuit of the main panel. I don't think it's safe, so I checked the laws and regulations, and the electrical appliances (motors) connected to the water need to be installed with independent circuit switches. I want to say that I won't let you spend extra money to buy a switch. I bought an anti-leakage circuit switch. Please help to install it. You said that it can't be installed, and it will keep jumping. Later, I also dealt with it myself. After installing the circuit, the leakage test is also normal. . The construction process of the pressurized motor is really bumpy. Your wife makes an appointment with you. You always delay it again and again. Today will become tomorrow, tomorrow afternoon will become evening, you will owe parts for a while, and the construction will be delayed for another week. After finally installing it, you ran away, saying that you have a next job. I went to check and found that the motor kept leaking water, the length of the water pipe was wrong, and your wife called you, but you didn't answer it. If you called you from another mobile phone, you answered immediately. As for the water leak, we have to delay for two days before you have time to deal with it. After waiting for you to deal with the leak, it turned out to be a few more turns of waterproof tape. Even if it was handled properly, the result was still leaking, but it dropped from 15 drops per minute to leaking. For this, we are really speechless, let it leak slowly. A few days later, the pipeline was finally changed back to the normal size and specifications, the good home, and the problem of leakage was dealt with again, and finally there was no water leakage, and the power cord was also covered and waterproofed. Finally, the project was completed, and the nightmare of gas leakage and water leakage was over. I hope the boss can adjust the way and attitude of the work, and don't get worse.
