I took the clothes for dry cleaning last Monday, and asked the boss if I could get them on Thursday. Because they were rented, they had to be returned on Thursday. On Thursday afternoon, not only were the clothes not in the store, but the boss called the Shulin factory to confirm, and he couldn't find the clothes I sent for dry cleaning. He asked me to come and pick them up tomorrow. I had to call the other party to apologize for not being able to return it on time, and it will be returned on Friday. The next day, the boss didn't call me to confirm whether the clothes have been delivered to the store. I made countless calls but no one answered, and finally answered at noon, but the clothes still hadn't been delivered. It wasn't until nearly 4 o'clock in the afternoon that I called to say that it was finally here, but I didn't have time to return the other party that day. This store is not only dishonest, and there is no apology. Not only did I lose faith in the rental unit twice, but I also had to compensate for the loss of overdue return. If the store can't wash it within the deadline, please don't take the business, I can find another place.
