以台北（例如淞品）跟黃昏市場（例如雞大王...）吃過很多甘蔗雞來說，有比較有傷害，雖雞胸嫩，實質軟爛，口感第3塊會出現膩口的感覺。薰香味蓋不住雞味。
甘蔗雞的味道沒有很深層，也就是說表面皮吃得到薰香，但肉本身卻沒味道（個人感官覺得甘蔗雞就是要弄到連骨頭都有鹹香味啊！）
包裝精美，點一整隻有附提袋還可集點。沒有調味料（不知是要另外要還是～？）

The taste of sugarcane chicken is not very deep, which means that the surface of the skin can be fragrant, but the meat itself has no taste (personal senses think that sugarcane chicken is to get a salty fragrance even on the bones!)
The packaging is exquisite, and only the attached bag can be collected when ordering. No seasoning (I don’t know if I need another one or~?)
