非常謝謝這間店唷! 前兩個月因為煞車線壞掉無法接送小孩,又四處碰壁不給修,都請我直接到原購買店家,但是店家就不在這附近啊?? 非常謝謝男店員很熱心服務又好,還順便幫我調整其他不ok的地方,修好後讓我試騎,確定全都沒問題之後還叮嚀我載小朋友一定要非常小心,真的是非常非常感謝??

市面上有很多種電動車,但因為是要找給長輩使用的,來這家店實際了解,店員很專業跟熱心的介紹,雖然長輩還在評估是否需要電動車,但此處服務感受很好!

售後維修服務感覺很不尊重 之前已經去維修過幾次了⋯有一次直接去,店家說希望能先約一下再去,不然他車很多,要等,所以我這次很認真提早約,結果卻讓人有點失望⋯ 1/6致電想要換椅墊,但店家說需要型號,因為可能要幫忙訂貨,可能不能當天換,所以要我加老闆娘的line,我也照做,也約好1/21去更換,但1/21出發前想說先致電確認一下,但接電話的人卻完全不清楚狀況⋯ 我:你好,我之前有跟老闆娘約今天去換椅墊,現在能去嗎? 接電話的人:藍白色那台嘛! 我:不是唷!我是粉紅色的! 接電話的人:妳不是昨天那個越南的? 我:不是唷!我是兩週前有聯繫過你的人! 接電話的人:那妳又說是昨天,就不同人嘛! 我:我剛剛從沒說我是昨天聯繫的! 接電話的人:妳不要急好不好!妳再去line老闆娘! 於是我又line了老闆娘,結果老闆娘就丟了三個椅墊的照片說‘這幾款,可以就過來’⋯還有‘來時有客人在前,要等喔‘⋯ 這樣的態度老實說⋯會讓我覺得好像提早聯繫不過是多此一舉⋯讓人有點失望⋯⋯ (我也有line截圖,有需要也可以放上來)

You go to the line boss again! So I contacted the proprietress again, but the proprietress lost the photos of the three chair cushions and said, "These are the models, you can come here"...and "There are guests in front of you when you come, so you have to wait"...
