★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我第一次去光顧，排著隊，輪到我時，我看了桌子看不到價目表，問了店員說在隔壁桌，我看了去拿一張單子要點餐，結果排我後面的先生看我 跨一步去拿單，問也不問就走向前點餐，我傻眼，結果店員看到我傻眼就說：呃…小姐，不好意思。然後看向排我後面的先生說要什麼？排我後面的先生說要 50 顆煎餃外帶。店員就服務他了耶！欸！不是啊！他排我後面耶！店員！ 有夠爛的爛，店員是客氣啦！但教育一下什麼是排隊，先來先點好嗎？還要我教嗎？ 爛店，一顆星都不想給，但 負評 就是一顆星。白目店員

 The first time I went to visit, there was a queue. When it was my turn, I looked at the table and couldn't see the price list. I asked the clerk and said it was at the next table. My husband saw me take a step to get the order, and went to order food without asking. I was dumbfounded, but the clerk saw me dumbfounded and said: Uh…Miss, I'm sorry. 可能是外帶的關係
少了原本的酥脆感
酸辣湯有一點點中藥的味道
還是比較偏好八方雲集的
建議沾醬如可以加入蔥蒜調味
能夠更有特色

Still prefer to gather in all directions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 偏日式煎餃，內餡飽滿，皮薄多汁，煎得焦脆漂亮，還有特別的椒麻十三香口味，裝潢新穎乾淨，缺點是當天晚上5點多用餐，小菜選擇稀少，豆干太鹹，湯類也一律沒有提供

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場吃還行，外帶回家吃了很難過。酸辣湯夠酸，芡汁不稠我的菜。
It's okay to eat on site, but it's sad to take it home. The hot and sour soup is sour enough, and the gravy is not thick with my dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 被文青風吸引，用完餐後google原來台北市也有分店。
?標榜現點現做，從蒸餃的不規則花邊來看應該是事實，湯汁燙口。
?販售品項簡單清楚，蒸餃、煎餃都會噴汁，手機、下巴、衣服慘遭彈擊。
?冰花美卻不酥脆，帶點「ㄌㄨㄣˋ」，似乎是太白粉比例較高之故。
?椒麻十三香煎餃雖有花椒香，但味道頗「直」（單調），不像介紹宣稱的混合多種香料；辣味足，可直接吃不需再沾醬。
?肉餡略呈漿感，但吃得到一點絞肉粗獷，有肉汁甜。個人喜愛程度：高麗菜鮮豚>韭菜>椒麻十三香。
?回收櫃標示極清楚，還貼上圖示指引避免放錯。
