感謝所有協助防疫作業的相關人員,辛苦了!但還是衷心建議能改善衛生所的空間規劃與施打疫苗的報到動線,以及人員的服務態度及口氣。 起初,我抽到2號的號碼牌並且依照現場有點亂七八糟的動線完成報到程序,直到等待施打時,醫生與隨行人員出來檢查並說:「不是依照號碼牌的先後決定施打順序」,讓現場施打民眾一頭霧水,導致先來的晚施打、晚到的捷足先登,試問前面抽號碼牌的意義為何? 另外,由於我推著嬰兒推車,排隊等待施打的動線實在是太不友善!因此我在旁邊找空位等候(以為施打順序是叫號碼)結果,我請教醫生旁的隨行人員目前的狀況,對方回覆的口氣真的很差!當然,我能理解疫情期間的忙碌壓力,只是差勁的態度讓人很不舒服,針對人員的教育訓練,還請單位進行改善,謝謝!

非常感謝熱心的志工們,有良好的服務和熱心的指引方向 護士/護理師和醫師缺乏醫療熱誠,不重視疫苗接種卡上的資訊和病人的過敏史,我10/29打BNT第一劑時引發蕁麻疹,今天12/6打第二劑時我有特別注意,但醫生和護士只是把"打疫苗"當成例行公事,甚至之後我主動跟護士反應說我有蕁麻疹,得到的結果是在做10分鐘,沒事就可以走了,打完針後2小時,我的蕁麻疹就發作了。 最後我覺得這家的醫生很厲害,用聽的就可以聽出病人有甚麼過敏;護士/護理師們也是棒棒的,不需要看填寫的病歷就可以打疫苗,得知過敏後也只是叫我在坐10分鐘沒事就可以走了。 再次感謝所有無私奉獻的志工們。

You can tell what kind of allergies the patient has by listening; the nurses/nursing therapists are also great. You can get the vaccine without looking at the filled-in medical records. When you learn about the allergies, you can just call I can leave after sitting for 10 minutes. Thanks again to all the volunteers who have made selfless dedication.

今去打第三劑疫苗,大門口身穿衛生所背心男工作人員站在那,惜字如金僅量體溫,沒告知民眾辦理動線程序,也沒有相關告示牌,我們第一次來此打,這時坐在左邊帳篷內的老婦人( 不知是志工還是裡面人員說的支援者),就用手比劃很不客氣口吻叫說先來這邊啦,嘴裡還繼續叨唸,我不解的告訴她不知道往哪排,她老大姐聲量提高口吻更兇,我還看她對沒帶黃卡正要報到的老奶奶說: 沒帶,沒帶回去拿阿!我生氣控制情緒告訴她:妳若是義工做的是很棒的事,但妳不需口氣這麼兇!這時後面剛來的另一位民眾也是無所適從,我當下就再回應她:你們沒告示牌還要態度這麼差! 她本想張嘴反駁,一聽我如此陳述就悻悻然閉嘴,這時帳篷裡穿背心的衛生局女性人員才說明報到作業填寫程序! 這次動氣讓我原有高血壓的血壓飆高188 不能打需稍坐平息,之後仍血壓169 勉強施打,疫苗接種民眾很擔心且謹慎提早預約,卻放任不和善的志工指揮,真正上班的衛生局公務人員卻惜字如金!!! 還好最後裡面施打女性工作人員很好很細心,煩請衛生所單位積極些, 讓守秩序民眾不用遭受無端之氣!

I couldn’t take a shot and needed to sit down for a while. After that, my blood pressure was still 169. Reluctantly, the vaccination people were worried and cautious to make an appointment in advance. The public servants of the Health Bureau cherish words like gold! ! ! Fortunately, in the end, the female staff members were very good and attentive. I beg the health center unit to be more active, so that the orderly people will not suffer unreasonable anger!
